Back last year in July I attended a no smoking class in the MCC and managed to give up with the help of the class, I then went on to join a walking club called Melin Walkers and it has been brilliant we have gone from strength to strength and would recommend it you. The walking club has also got a social side to it where we go to cafes to have a meal, or coffee and a chat about everyday things. Why not give it a try?

This is an excellent user friendly website. It is also very informative and is a great reflection of the work being carried out by the Neath East C1st Team and the Partnership. Well done.

I have to be honest I didn't even know that this site exsisted until recently. I must say there is a considerable amount of information within the site. I will certainly be returning to site, especially to see what is going on in the area, as sometimes we are not fully aware of what is going on around us and what is actually out there.
